All good answers. But possibly the best answer is… the quantity and quality of sleep you are getting.
I am currently reading sleep guru Matthew Walker’s international best-selling book Why We Sleep. It is an encyclopedia of information on everything sleep-related, including why we sleep, how we sleep, and the significant impact of not getting enough good sleep.
I suggest you read this book ASAP or at the very least watch Walker’s very popular TED Talk on this topic.
Then, take a well-deserved nap. 🙂
