All good answers. But possibly the best answer is… the quantity and quality of sleep you are getting.
I am currently reading sleep guru Matthew Walker’s international best-selling book Why We Sleep. It is an encyclopedia of information on everything sleep related, including why we sleep, how we sleep, and the significant impact of not getting enough good sleep.
I suggest you read this book ASAP or at the very least watch Walker’s very popular TED Talk on this topic.
Then, take a well-deserved nap. 🙂
